Today's self care is meditation through sound therapy.
Step 1: Find a safe space
Step 2: Journal your intentions and what you want to release. What is stressing you the most at the moment? Prepare to let it go.
Step 3: Time to meditate: Find your safe space, sit in a comfortable position. Quiet the mind....Focus on your breathing.
Having trouble clearing the thousands of thoughts?
Heres a tip: Focus on one thing such as a flower being planted and its growth pattern. Each time that your mind begins to wander concentrate on the flower. This will be a beginning practice until you are solely able to focus on your breathing.
Step 4: Take a deep breathe in and out and listen to our sound bowl session.
